Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Elaroo Clothing, we ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team at elarooclothing@gmail.com with your order details.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may opt for an exchange if eligible (refer to our Exchange Policy).

Elaroo Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds. However, customers can opt for an exchange under our Exchange Policy.

Refunds are only applicable in the following exceptional cases:

• If the product is out of stock after an order is placed.

• If the order was cancelled by Elaroo Clothing due to unforeseen reasons.

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.

3. Important Notes

• Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or delayed delivery by external courier services.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• If the refund does not reflect in your account within 10 working days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
