Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Elaroo Clothing, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to your doorstep in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We currently ship across India, including all major cities and towns. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping address:
Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹50.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional charge of ₹75.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS to track your shipment in real time. If you face any issues, please contact us at support@elarooclothing.com.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons, our courier partner will make two more attempts before returning the package.
Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges if an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
If you receive a damaged product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos to elarooclothing@gmail.com.
If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and, if verified, provide a replacement or refund.
